Intro to Lifting: A PT-Designed Introduction to Strength Training

$67.00

Never lifted before — or started and stopped more times than you'd like to admit? Intro to Lifting is a 12-week strength program built by a Doctor of Physical Therapy to take complete beginners from zero to a real, measurable strength base. Safely.

Every exercise, set, and rep was chosen with injury prevention built in from the start. You'll learn the seven foundational movement patterns of strength training, build them progressively across three phases, and finish with the confidence and numbers to prove how far you've come.

What's included:

  • 12 weeks of programming across 3 progressive phases (3 days/week)

  • Detailed coaching notes on every exercise

  • Education on gym basics, safe lifting, breathing, and how to progress

  • A barbell and dumbbell path in Phase 3 so you can train at your level

  • A Phase 3 readiness checklist

  • Home and travel exercise variations

  • 12 weeks of workout tracking sheets

  • A "Where to Go From Here" page pointing to next-step programs
