Feel stiff off the first tee? Lose range of motion as a round goes on? Golf Mobility is a PT-designed 4-week program that systematically improves flexibility and mobility in every area of the body your swing demands — hips, thoracic spine, shoulders, ankles, wrists, and more.

Built by Dr. Tom Kent, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and TPI-Certified specialist, this program takes you from basic range of motion through active motor control and full golf-specific integration. Each week you'll follow one routine 5 days per week, progressing to more challenging variations as your body adapts.

What's included:

  • 4 progressive weeks of mobility routines (5 days/week, 25–40 min/session)

  • Detailed instructions for every exercise

  • A 7-minute quick routine for days when time is short

  • Education on mobility, flexibility, and how it connects to your swing

  • Weekly session trackers

  • A pre-round warm-up guide

No gym required. Just a mat, a foam roller, a resistance band, and a golf club.
